Judge: Abortion Laws Protect Girl Who Sought Pregnancy-Ending Beating
This judge is an idiot. The 17year-old was 7 month pregnant. That isn't an abortion, the odds were in favor of that baby being born alive. The $150 beating would be an illegal abortion at best if it happened during the first trimester. And the reason she did this, because her boyfriend threatened to leave her if she didn't have an abortion. If they wanted an abortion they should have had one during the first trimester. And yes, the baby was born full term and is in foster care. But the girl is seeking custody of the baby, and if unsuccessful the grandmother will try to gain custody.

DNA Leads To Suspect After 19 Years, FBI Says
Dennis Earl Bradford was arrested after 19 years for the rape and attempted murder of then 8-year-old, Jennifer Schuett. He kidnapped her from her bedroom, raped her, slashed her throat, and left her for dead. Thank God it getting harder and harder for these monsters to hide from justice.

Cadaver Dogs Do Not Find Haleigh Cummings
Investigators did not find Haleigh where a tip said the little girl was buried. The tip was rather specific, but it turned out to be a wild goose chase.

Drinking Water Unsafe At Thousands of Schools
The Associated Press tested thousands of water samples from schools across the country and found that the samples contained alarming amounts of toxins. And guess what...the federal government is doing nothing about it.

Phoenix Girl Raped By Four Boys
Four boys ages 9 to 14 raped an 8 year old boy. Last week they lured the girl into an empty shed where they committed the rape. And to make matters worse, the girls Liberian family has disowned her for bringing shame on the family. The boys are being held for kidnapping and sexual assault. The oldest boy will probably be charged as an adult. The little girl has been placed in child protective services.

Idaho babysitter, Summer Nelson was charged with having sex with a 14 year old boy that she was hired to sex with. She told the boy's younger siblings that she was in love with in.
Eighth Person Arrested In Florida Couple's Shooting Death
Florida police arrested Pamela Long Wiggins and charged with accessory after the fact of felony murder in the murder of Byrd and Melanie Billings. They are also searching for someone from the alarm company that was supposed to protect the Billings' home. The DEA has also become involved in the case.

Exchange Students Live American Nightmare
You always have to wonder how well the host families are investigated before exchange students are placed with them. I guess in some cases, not very well. Five exchange students were sent to Scranton, Pennsylvania where they were malnourished and neglected. One student was even placed in the home with a convicted drug felon and other ex-cons. The Aspect Foundation did nothing to help the children when complaints were made, Children and Youth Services finally removed the high school students.

Family Asks County For Damages After 8-Year Daughter Is Arrested
Evelyn Towry (who has Asperger syndrome, an autism spectrum disorder) was arrested after she acted out because she was unable to wear her special jacket in class. Her family is asking the county to pay half a million dollars in damages because the girl was handcuffed and taken to juvenile hall. The Bonner County Prosecutor's Office originally charged Evelyn with battery, but later dropped the charges.

Casey Anthony's trial for murdering her daughter, Caylee has been postponed until 2010. No new date has been scheduled, but there is a hearing on 21 January.

Rulings On Coleman's Records At Joyce Meyer's Is Postponed
A judge needs another two weeks to decide if the Joyce Meyer Ministry must turn over Chris Coleman's employment records as part of Sheri Coleman's family's civil suit. Chris had told his mistress that he was going to divorce his wife and marry her, despite rumors that the ministry doesn't employ the divorce. But it is a rather hypocritical policy when you consider that Joyce is divorced.

Haylee Headed To Foster Care Upon Her Return
Haylee Donathan will go into foster care when she returns home from California. A court has decided that it wouldn't be in her best interest to return her to her grandmother, Mary Watson. Basically the court decided that since Mary has raised two crazies it is best not to allow her to mess up a third child.

Haylee's mother took her on a month long, cross country trip with a convicted child molester. And the uncle is a convicted rapist. Foster care may be her best chance at a normal life.

This article is claiming that Debbie Rowe admitted that Michael Jackson was not the father of Prince Michael or Paris. Not that many people believe that he was. She says that they never even had sex. And he dumped her once he discovered that she wouldn't be able to have more children. We all knew that marriage was a sham, and that she was just a fancy, well paid surrogate.

Autopsy: Caylee Anthony's Skull Was Duct Taped
Caylee Anthony's autopsy report was released on Friday. The body was completely skeletonized with duct tape still attached to the skull. The cause of death given is "homicide by undetermined means." And the medical examiner believes that the body was left where it was found soon after Caylee was last seen. Plant roots had started growing through the vertebrae. And wildlife had started scattering the remains. What kind of resting place is that for a child?

The National Enquirer is reporting that a long term affair with his step-granddaughter is one of the causes of his divorce. Morgan is 72, and the step-granddaughter, E'Dena is 27. Boyfriend Arrested For Murder, Sexual Assault Of Toddler
While the toddler's mother was working as a prostitute in Phoenix, the mother's boyfriend brutally sexually assaulted, murdered, and dumped the baby in the dumpster. He beat the baby so badly that police say there were two divots the size of the kid's head in the wall. And there was hair matching the tot's in the freezer.

If I have said it once, I have said it a million times. Ladies, keep your boyfriends away from your kids if you aren't there to supervise. More mayhem below.

A 45-year-old mother is accused of raping a now 17-year-old boy several times between 2005 and 2007. She had to wear a bandage to court because she resisted arrest. Of course her neighbors are surprised.

A 21-year-old mental health tech is charged with sexually assault after having a sexual relationship a teen aged patient. She got caught when she sent a a cell phone photo to a former patient.

18-Year-Old Arrested In Miami Area Cat Deaths
This is the face of a future serial killer, animal mutilation is one of the first signs. Tyler Weinman is being held in jail on...get your barf bag ready:19 counts of animal cruelty, 19 counts of improperly disposing of an animal body and four counts of burglary. He is being investigated for in the mutilation deaths of over two dozen cats over a period of a month.

In the end he may get what amounts to a slap on the wrist for the cat murders, and serious jail time for the burglary.
Murdered Woman's Unborn Baby Died
A 21-year-old British woman who was 7 months pregnant died after a complete stranger came up from behind and stabbed her in the back. Claire Wilson was on her way to work at Pizza Hut when she was attacked.

Police: Beaverton Woman Murdered Pregnant Tigard Mom And Cut The Baby Out
Police believe that Heather Snively met pregnant mom, Korena Elaine Roberts on Craigslist where they were buying and selling baby clothes. Snively later beat Korena in the head and cut her unborn son out of the womb. The baby later died.

Is Craigslist safe? First, that guy kills women he met on the sight, and now a mother and child may be dead because of someone they contacted on the site. You don't really know who is on the other side of the ad, but you usually have to meet them to pick up your items.

A mother in Texas abandoned her baby in an apartment building hallway. Baby Bella's life was endangered needlessly. Texas has Safe Haven laws to protect newborns. Luckily the baby is doing well in the hospital, and will probably be placed with a family quickly.

Oregon Woman Jailed In Pregnancy Hoax Murder of Expectant Mom, Unborn Baby
Korena Roberts is being held in the murder of Heather Snively and Heather's unborn baby. Korena who was faking a pregnancy to keep her boyfriend, killed Heather in an effort to steal the baby. Korena and the boyfriend called 911 to report that the baby wasn't breathing. They took Miss Roberts and the baby were taken to the hospital, where is was determined that she hadn't given birth. A search of the house turned up Heather Snively in a crawl space.

Women need to know that faking a pregnancy and stealing a baby never works.

Mexican Day Care Deaths Stir Anger At Safety Rules
Parents are trying to figure out 42 children died in a building that had passed a safety inspection less than two weeks before. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it was a day care for poor working parents. Nobody would have put middle class children in a converted warehouse.

Future NBA star (you know that the pros were just waiting for him to graduate) Lance is charged with grabbing a 17 year-old fellow student's butt and breasts. This Lance's (he's the 7th ranked high school player in the country) first run in at school, he was suspended for punching a another student.

Pelham Teacher Arrested In Internet Sex Sting
Gregg Cavaluzzi, a 34-year-old middle school teacher was arrested on federal charges of trying to arrange sex with what he thought was a 15-year-old girl. He sent the "girl" sexually explicit photos and messages. When will they ever learn that teenage girls aren't talking about sex with grown ass men online, that it will almost be the FBI or local police.

Baby Involved In Love Triangle Murder Plot
Nicole Walker was sleeping with a father and his son. And she didn't use birth control, got pregnant and doesn't have a clue who the daddy is. Now the son, Ryan Carson is accused of murdering his father, Brian, along with the help of Nicole and six others. Included in the six are Brian's daughter and wife.

Didn't Ryan stop to think that if Nicole was sleeping with him and his dad, that maybe the baby wasn't either of theirs. You know that she was probably sleeping with other people because that is some slutty crap. Only a paternity test will show if he murdered his father in vain.

Father, 2 Children Killed in Oregon Murder-Suicide
James Gumm shot his two children and then killed himself. Both 7-year-old Tyler Gumm and 6-year-old Kylie Gumm died. He is believed to been motivated by a divorce that became final last year. The divorce was started in 1992, long before the couple conceived either of the children, but took almost two decades to be completed.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is hoping to turn California into a third world country. If the millionaire governor gets his way scores of children will be homeless, hungry, and sick. Expect a rise in crime, and a rise in the cost of treating children who are ill because of lack of medical care and hunger. But they won't be getting medical care because he is planning on cutting Medi-Cal and Healthy Families programs too. Maybe it is time California recall another governor.

Sharnique Jones is charged with suffocating her 3-month-old baby in 2008. Healthcare providers and social workers "had repeatedly warned Jones about the inadequate care she had been giving the infant," St. Louis County police said today. But nobody thought to remove the baby from her care. And here is the kick in the pants, they only arrested her after she tried to suffocate a second child.
